Frequently asked questions

  • We have a strict no tailgating policy in place. The studio is monitored with CCTV and a pass system, and all clients must use their own booking and access credentials.

Some classes can be fully booked. Bringing in an unbooked guest can prevent paying clients from attending their session.

Tailgating or allowing unbooked guests to enter the studio will result in suspension of studio access.

For safety and insurance reasons, children are not permitted in adult classes or on reformer equipment.

All clients are expected to finish their booked class within the allotted time to ensure the next class can start on schedule.

Thank you for helping us maintain a safe, fair, and enjoyable environment for everyone.

  • For the best results, we recommend 2–3 reformer Pilates sessions per week. This frequency helps you feel stronger, improve posture, and build lasting movement patterns.

With consistent practice, many people notice changes like better posture, core strength, and muscle tone within 4-8 weeks.

Deeper transformations in strength, flexibility, and alignment are often seen after 12+ weeks.

Even if you can only attend once a week, you’ll still experience the benefits. Consistency matters more than intensity!
