Aira Digital Pass Troubleshooting

If you’re having issues with adding your Aira Pass to your Apple or Google wallet, take a look at some of these common issues and fixes. If you still need help, please reach out and send screenshots to hello@airapilates.co.uk or 07440471359. If issues persist, we can offer physical fob cards.

Important information

  • Your Mindbody first and last name must exactly match the name on your Apple ID or Google account for the pass to work correctly. Please double-check this before downloading.

  • If you need to change your Mindbody details you can do so on your account here under Profile.

Member Not Found

  • Ensure your Mindbody and Apple ID names match

  • Then you may need to remove GymKey from your Apple ID:

  • Open Settings on your iPhone

  • Tap your name at the top (Apple ID)

  • Tap Sign in with Apple

  • Find and select GymKey

  • Tap Stop Using Sign in with Apple/Delete

  • Confirm

  • Click on your Aira onboarding link.

  • Ensure your Mindbody name matches your Apple/Google ID name exactly

  • If you need to change your Mindbody details you can do so on your account here under Profile.

Can’t Add Pass to Wallet

  • If Apple Wallet shows the message “Can’t Add Pass to Wallet”, one possible cause is that Apple Wallet is not allowed to use Mobile Data on your iPhone.

  • Try it again while using Wifi

  • Axiom building wifi: 011, Password: 2DF16a5e5a!!

  • Or - please check the following setting:

  • Settings → Mobile → scroll down to the app list → Wallet → ON

  • After enabling this, try adding the pass again.

    Not working? Try these fixes

  • Switch your phone off and on

  • Ensure your iOS is updated

  • Ensure your Apple ID country/region is set to UK

  • Sign in and out of Apple ID

  • If this does not resolve the issue, please contact Apple Support for further assistance. You can also ask us for a physical fob card.
